Lately I have been on a banana bread making kick! There’s just something about fresh-from-the-oven banana bread that reminds me of my childhood and just makes me feel like home. And there's absolutely nothing like that sweet banana bread aroma that fills the air (IYKYK)!

I am so excited, actually giddy, to have found a banana bread baking mix that is free of the top allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy), can be prepared vegan (or not- up to you!), and, is, most importantly, absolutely delicious! And there is truly something for everyone with all of the amazing flavors available! My favorite so far are the chocolate chip (obviously) and the salted caramel (which I also added chocolate chips to!).
As a busy mom + content creator, I love how easy it is to make decadent banana bread with ingredients you probably already have on hand. All you need is: 3 bananas, maple syrup or honey, oil, yogurt or butter, and your milk of choice. I tried versions where I made them vegan with vegetable oil and oat milk, as well as versions with butter and cow’s milk. I can honestly say that both were incredible!
GoNanas banana bread can be made into loaves or muffins. I have only made muffins so far, but I’m looking forward to making individual size loaves in the future. I think this would be a really cute gift, especially for a friend who has a dietary preference or a food allergy, and likey doesn’t get to indulge in banana bread often!
